Microcenter generally has the cheapest CPUs - even less than online. Get the CPU
and MB there, then reuse everything else from the current box.
30 minutes to put it together - move the old HDD over and you'll be running just
like before. Only thing that you may want to clean up is eth0 in the udev/rules
....
