[ale] Fwd: HDMI out from lubuntu box to jvc television

Was the television powered on when you started X? If you're relying on EDID
info to set the resolution then it would need to be on, otherwise you'll
get a default resolution.

In these sorts of scenarios it is better to be explicit:
