It's time for another ALE-Central meeting!
Your truly will discuss factors to consider when designing a Linux
cluster for various types of needs. Cluster types include: web servers,
database replication, file servers, HPC systems, and the most important
type, backup servers.
As usual, we will meet at the ALE-Central location
http://ale.org/?page_id=2 at 7:30, talk about stuff for about an hour
and a half or so and then relocate to Meltons for post meeting snacks
and libations.

Every time you stop a school, you will have to build a jail. What you
gain at one end you lose at the other. It's like feeding a dog on his
own tail. It won't fatten the dog.
