[ale] BT Keyboard to USB

There are no dongles that will support communication with other devices
without a stack loaded and running (the rare exception being BT serial
port devices and BT audio devices).  You could potentially do it with an
Arduino however you would need to have the Arduino present itself on one
side as the USB HID with the right vendor codes to get picked up by the
machine as a keyboard.  The other side of the Arduino could use a BT
receiver with a stack to support the keyboard profile.
