[ale] looking for a simple document viewer then quiz in browser

I use http://www.classmarker.com/ for the quiz portion.  It's pretty cheap
and has enough tools to organize questions, administer the test, and will
email the results when done.

As for the document, just make a PDF and view in the browser in another
tab.  Don't make life more complicated than it has to be.
