[ale] ARP and KVM

Can you set the vm to use a specified mac? Look at the conf file for the vm for a line

Vlan0: rtl8139=

and put your fixed mac in the line after the =. 

Also use a 2,6,A, or E as the second number in the address to indicate a locally administered mac. So

x2:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
