Hulu is currently streaming “The Internet Is Coming” for free, with the
other 24 episodes of the series available to Hulu Plus subscribers.
Those four seasons also remain available on Netflix—though, in an echo
of Channel 4’s recent removal
<http://www.digitalspy.com/british-tv/news/a551285/father-ted-it-crowd-among-channel-4-shows-leaving-netflix-lovefilm.html#%7EoCbbwgvyWosgd5> of/The
IT Crowd/, /Peep Show <http://www.avclub.com/tv/peep-show/>/, and other
shows from Netflix UK, the /IT Crowd/ finale has not yet made its way to
the service’s U.S. library.

One can pretty much see most things "on demand" after login to Comcast that they can using it directly from TV using the remote. However, additionally there seem to be other things available such as The IT Crowd that can be selected. I think it came up as a "suggestion" in my list and it was a good one. There are ways to search. Note that although this is Hulu it does have commercials like broadcast channels.
