[ale] movie files to convert to mp4 format ideas ?

+1 for handbrake . There is bunch of profiles also already preset. Ill
probably test different resolutions on my phone to see which looks good
without excessive bitrate... Some phones got HD screens some are in 800x480
range so your results will vary.
