[ale] changes to fstab in fedora 20

Actually Jim you missed one. It should be;

cryptsetup luksFormat
                   luksOpen

pvcreate
vgcreate  (the missing one)
lvcreate

then mkfs.ext? (? = 2, 3, or 4)
