I did that and we did see some noise.  I'm thinking it was coming from a 
few analog modems on my end.  The reason why I did not call earlier was 
because he told me that the G-Duo might have problems with the higher 
speed DSL.  I was planning on replacing it anyway.

I'm running some P2P now to see if I can recreate the lockup issue when 
there is a lot of downloads.
