That's very strange because it doesn't do it to me.  Messages come in
from the same ID every time.  I'll have to try some experiments and see
if and when it changes.

You could get a regular cell phone and replicate the C&C language for
it.  Most phones have the ability to initiate functions like messages
and phone calls via a cable.  My old Motorola Razr flip phone could do
it.  I could write a text message on the computer, click send, and it
would go out of the phone as an SMS message using the phone's number.

This might also be possible on an Android via the ADB interface but I
haven't investigated that.
