Thanks.   Now, the challenging part, if you do it the hard way, is start
figuring out how many square feet, and how much breakroom, and how much
bathroom, and how much conference room. 

Or you hope that somebody knows how many developers they have and what
the total bill is and you just divide it out to get a per-developer cost
for the whole facility.
