How do you deal with non-audio RSS feeds today? I sync them and read using an
RSS reader myself - Sage (firefox extension) and there are lots and lots of RSS
readers for Android.
http://tt-rss.org/redmine/projects/tt-rss/wiki might be interesting for you -
though it doesn't do audio conversions.
