[ale] [OT?] email signature etiquette

I generally try to keep mine under 5 lines. I feel that there is a big
difference, however, between having a long signature every once in a while
because you're using fortune to insert a random quote and having so much
information about yourself in the signature that it looks like a draft of
your autobiography.
