[ale] totally OT: Skype automated message

So I just got an unsolicited voice call to my skype window.  It tells me 
my system is running slow and I should go to a particular website to 
turn on system protection.

The damn thing keeps calling back.

Skype hacker???

Anyone experienced this?  It calls both my cell and my Mac skype sessions.
