friends that have worked for, that if you were to do IT, that you
would recommend to aviod. My only fear such a website would be a
backlash, but there are few companies that will rename nameless that
really people should just avoid unless they are in to pain.

Have you tried SUSE Studio? Need to create a Live CD,  an app you want
to package and distribute , or create your own linux distro. Give SUSE
