[ale] [OT] Life north of ATL?

I wish my father was still around. When they were building MARTA, he was a
supplier for it, A lot of it why they didn't do this or that has to do with
not all the counties wanted to pay for it, so they didn't join in. When
they were building it, they preferred to go with minority owned companies,
whether or not they could do the job, and it cost them some.
