[ale] Good Linux-friendly laptop

I second (or third..) the Lenovo. I have a T-61 that's beaten and 
battered and still going strong. It's been taken apart including pulling 
the main board. This thing is a tank. It's running CentOS 6.2. It even 
does two-finger scrolling.
