I'm paying for 22/6 service on Comcast, and I *get* 22/6 service.  I can
routinely pull down 24Mbps over long periods of time (read: hours).  And
I can get a consistent 6Mbps upstream pushing data out my network.  I'm
hoping they decide to upgrade me one of these days when they do a
re-leveling of their services.  But 22/6 is good enough for me now.
