My neighbors are within rifle range, but not WiFi or crappy pistol range..
Makes a difference when you have actual "neighbors".
You don't start up my driveway unless you really really
want to visit either walking or driving. You'll see one of the
"trip beams".. but not the others.

My house is why I live in Chattanooga. I almost took a job years ago in 
Atlanta, and they guy finally said: I can't pay enough to live like that, 
7 minutes from work...

Kerberos for home network. Impressive. I'm down to 2 laptops (hers and
mine) and a currently broken media center at home.. No shares, etc.. 
Hadn't had time to miss the MythTV/Miro system.. maybe when the weather gets cold.
