Wordpress or Drupal might work. I've used Wordpress a little bit for
blogging in the past. It's pretty easy to use. I think you can set up
multiple people who can edit.

(PS - If you email me and don't get a quick response, you might want to
call on the phone. I get about 300 emails per day from alternate energy
