[ale] how to disable java on browser while keeping it on your system

Maybe looking at IBM's java implementation would be an option for you?  It
is the default on SUSE, and works fine for me.  The only time I have had
to swap it out for Sun/Oracle's is when our app dev team writes something
that specifically needs it.  For general use, the IBM one works well
enough.
