[ale] Sendmail delivery timeout

The timeouts you list look to be typical so changing them is not going to
resolve this issue. It looks like the baracuda puked on the relay and
returned a very useless dropped connection error.

I'm assuming this is a consistent error from same user client to same
recipient behind baracuda. test send with a different mail client. Send the
same PDF file as well as a tiny test text message.
