[ale] Seeking opinions on Terminal Server setup

At work a few years back, we had a setup to do pretty much that. If I recall
correctly, the pxeboot server was configured to present a boot menu to thin
stations. Nothing is persisted on the thin stations.
- The linux menu option is to really to have a miniature X environment to
launch xdm or gdm against a linux server.
- The windows menu option is to have a miniature X environment to launch
rdp client to allow connection to the Windows servers.
