[ale] Ubuntu recommendations

Ran across one more Ubuntu based option to add while
perusing recent issues of Linux Format:

It's an Ubuntu remix with minimalist leanings.  Defaults
to he Enlightenment environment, which I recall as being
one of your favorites, Geoffrey.
