Only for the person trying to distribute something. For the person
doing the downloading it offers very little advantage over a
traditionally distributed file. In fact, it usually ends up either a)
sucking up way too many resources because you're attached to too many
nodes in the swarm or b) takes even longer because there are very few
(usually poor) nodes in the swarm.
