We've been using Linode for almost a year, have set up several Linodes
for Drupal sites, and have seen no problems. One of the neat things is
that Linode has this habit of every so often bumping the amount of
provided RAM or Disk Space, but keeping the price the same. E.g., the
Linode 512 we got last year is now a Linode 768, but is still
$29.95/month. This happened last June (see
http://blog.linode.com/2010/06/16/linode-turns-7-big-ram-increase/).
