[ale] Android dialer issues and solutions

Most likely because they just look at the phone number section. It could be
programmed to do differently (and the wonderful thing is that you can).

I think the best solution, though, would be an application that abstracts
the calling card bit for you, and simply puts the real phone number in the
call log. Bonus points for intercepting int'l calls and routing them via the
calling card...
