[ale] New July GIS Essentials Class - 2010 Census Data Added-SPAM

I do take a slight exception to this being called "GIS Essentials" when 
it's really an ESRI customer casting of the net.  I don't buy into 
ESRI/GIS equivalence any more than I buy into Cisco/networking equivalence.
