[ale] how do you delete IMAP server messages and not local copies

Hi Geoffrey,
A couple of people suggested local folders, so I may have to try that at
some point. I had to abandon my IMAP project since Eudora OSE has buggy
message status processing with IMAP. So, I'm saving all these tips.

(PS - If you email me and don't get a quick response, you might want to
call on the phone. I get about 300 emails per day from alternate energy
mailing lists and such. I don't always see new messages very quickly.)
