I've only heard that Google did DC, but don't know if it is for the
entire DC.  Nobody else.

Telecom data centers are NOT DC powered. They simply have too many
different types of equipment and servers.  I've deployed equipment to
many different telecom data centers around the world.

DC is definitely not used very far from your house as far as telecom is
concerned.
