[ale] Help creating a LUG at SPSU

Why don't you just revive ALE-NW.  I don't work on the NW side any more, otherwise I'd take part.

I rather like the huge ALE umbrella with many separate groups under it, but ALE already has all that in place.  

I'm sure there's some leadership around here that can help you forward with that.
