Using what VPN protocols/solutions? If you're trying to replace a Cisco
VPN client then yes, that works quite well using Network Manager. Get the
PCF (policy) file for your VPN and import it into NM's VPN editor. Set
your username but make sure it doesn't save your user password. Then when
you bring up the VPN type in your PIN and the securid code. Works great
for me.
Note that you DO have to run the official Cisco client in order to *set*
the pin the first time through.
