[ale] Setting a tentative date for ITT Tech Atlanta Linux Fest

Hi Y'all

The tentative date for the ITT Tech Atlanta Linux Fest is November 13,
Saturday 9-5
This is intended to follow rather than proceed the Ubuntu 10.10 release.
Do you have any contraindications to this date, or shall I solidify it
and produce the flyer?
