[ale] saving 3gp as audio

ok, I've tried everything I can find with no success.
I saved a video on my phone, as a .3gp file. I can play it on my desktop using 
mplayer, nothing else will play it, and I can't figure out how to convert it 
to something, like mp3 . It is a video, but all I want is the AUDIO.

can windows play/save this as audio?
