[ale] K. Costner to the oil-soaked gulf rescue

Here's an article hitting both Costner and the straw idea.

Neither are totally shot down.

Costner's vacuum/separator should be under test by now the way it reads.

And the straw idea the say is not able to handle the scale of this
scenario, but they go into detail of why not.

We're going to have oil cleanup going on for months, so there should
be plenty of time to harvest straw and get it out to the ocean.
