I just got home to find this email in my account...

Apparently my habbits of being an eclectic collector of historic
computer gadgetry** and my work in restoring a 1986 Amiga
1000 system to its multi-screen, muti-tasking glory as prior
art evidence for a Red Hat Linux patent fight paid off:

Hi Aaron,

In case you have not heard, Red Hat and Novell won a complete jury verdict
in the case for which you lent your Amiga.  During trial, one of our expert
witnesses gave a live demonstration of the Amiga to the jury.  The jury
ultimately found that the asserted patent claims were invalid, due to the
Amiga and/or the two other prior art references we presented.

I just wanted to thank you again for your help in lending us the Amiga and
getting it to work.  We are grateful for your time and assistance.

Now that the case is over, can you please let us know your address
so that we can return the computer to you?
