[ale] OT: Verizon Mifi

Well basically a MVNO, which is what Fry's is on Verizon, means that they
lease towers from Verizon.  It is depends on the contract between Fry's and
Verizon as to which towers they have access to.  Usually, it means that they
will be able to work on towers that Verizon owns itself only, and not towers
that are used through agreements with other companies/carriers, this is
usually called the "Extended" network.  Luckily, in the Atlanta/Georgia area
Verizon owns almost all the towers it uses so you should have no problems
locally.
