[ale] worker issue

Hey Drew:
Since Worker is (fast, efficient, low overhead,) straight-up X11
file manager utility it probably isn't directly calling on the Gnome
or KDE file type hooks. I'm curious how you set it up to call Kate
or if that action is happening as a default "pass through" to the
window manager.
Anyway...
To tell Worker what to do with a particular file type, look under
the Configuration menu ("C" button on the left end of the title
bar) there is a "File Types" listing. Selecting that will display
the file types configuration edit window where you can specify
file extensions and program responses for various interface
actions like double click. The default list of file types is
extensive, but once you find (or add) the file type of interest
then you just double click on the name to open the "actions"
editor. Look at something like Text Files / Plain Text for an
example. (Add your own action or double click on a listed
action to edit it).
If Worker has a file type action defined, I would expect it to
take priority over any window manager actions.
HTH!
