well, I think there might be a cups problem, but my HP5610 printed.. I did see
this in lsof:
cupsd 9050 root 20u IPv4 33329 0t0 TCP
*:49631 (LISTEN)
cupsd 9050 root 21u IPv6 33330 0t0 TCP
*:49631 (LISTEN)

is that a problem??
I thought I killed IPv6, the interface is not up, so where does that come
from?

I saw this:
dpkg.log.1:2010-04-28 09:41:55 configure libcrypt-openssl-bignum-perl 0.04-2
0.04-2
dpkg.log.1:2010-04-28 09:41:55 status unpacked libcrypt-openssl-bignum-perl
0.04-2
dpkg.log.1:2010-04-28 09:41:55 status half-configured
libcrypt-openssl-bignum-perl 0.04-2
dpkg.log.1:2010-04-28 09:41:55 status installed libcrypt-openssl-bignum-perl
0.04-2

and when I tried to do printer admin in gnome, nothing came up. When I went to
KDE printer admin, no printers showed up and I got this error:
/usr/lib/libgnutls.so.26 symbol gcry_cipher_setkey version GCRYPT_1.2 not
defined in file libcrypt.so.11 with link time reference.

I am SO lost!!!
uname shows:
uname -a
Linux paulandcilla.homelinux.org 2.6.26-2-686 #1 SMP Tue Mar 9 17:35:51 UTC
2010 i686 GNU/Linux

so I don't understand that openssl-bignum-perl...
