[ale] OpenOffice - pixel-for-pixel image insert

Not directly on insert. But right-click and choose "Original Size" will
reset it.

I have v. 3.1.1 and it didn't rescale the thumbnail I tested with. But a
huge image was scaled down to be close to the margin sides.
