I used to host email and web for about a half dozen domains with Apache,
Postgres, Sendmail, and pop3 all squeezed into a 128 MB Virtuozzo VPS.

It ran fine for years.  I did tweak down Apache's mix/max servers, and I
remember turning down one or two memory parameters in PG.
