Fantastic idea! Distributed, redundant, encrypted cloud storage. I've seen
some filesystems designed for this but I have not seen the encrypted part
included.

That said, there is a backup tool, bacula, that supports encrypted file
storage on the server with client only keeping the key (better not loose
that!). Maybe a distributed redundant filesystem as the backed and an
encrypted backup process with a client. Sort of like Tor but for personal
file storage instead of web surfing.

Has anyone seen a tool/process already that does this with pure open source?
