[ale] [OFF TOPIC] I need a good lawyer...

All,

We used to use MMM. There a great firm and are used by many/most
successful Atlanta high-tech IT firms. In the Intellectual Property
area alone their website lists 18 lawyers.

<http://www.mmmlaw.com/attorney/search_services.asp?serviceid=14>

But they are also fairly expensive.

We now work with a much smaller firm. They are not high-tech / IT
focused but most of what we need does not require a lawyer with that
specialization anyway.

OTOH, a Terms of Service agreement might be specialized enough you
would want to use a firm like theres that specializes. The hard part
may be finding the right lawyer. You could try scanning the above
link and seeing if you find any of the lawyers to be a good match.

In general working with an associate is less per hour than working
with a partner.

fyi: One really cool thing about lawyers is that they tend to answer
their phone if their at the desk so if you want to call one directly
you can.

disclaimer: We provide our services to lawyers, so I've worked with
several of the MMM lawyers to assist them in their litigation efforts,
but that does not really mean much as relates to assisting with the
creation of a license.
