[ale] [OT] Mailing List Trouble

I'm having trouble receiving emails from ale.  I seem to be able to send 
mail to the list but not receive them.  I don't think they are being 
blocked at my isp as they don't show up in the spam folder, been using 
this account to get ale for 7 years or so.  Is there anyway to find out 
if the mail server has me blacklisted or some other issue.  Please reply
