If it is leaking inside the refrigerator check the following:

1) The fill tube that empties into the ice-tray. This has a habit on
several models of becoming iced. This results in blockages or a cracked
fill tube.

2) Make sure the fill valve is not leaking when de-activated.

3) Make sure the fill tube extendeds correctly to the mold. A portion
of the fill water could be bypassing the mold.

4) Make sure the heater in the mold works. If the formed ice doesn't
dump then there is a a possiblity of the cycle dumping more water on a
already filled mold
    * On this you'd have to have a cracked front gear or busted rake for
the cycle to complete and call for a re-fill as the stuck ice would
normally block the rake.

On the newer models you'll find a a way to force the cycle by bypassing
the thermostat using a piece of wire. Have fun. The Fox guys are good
they can also help diagnose the problem.
