Among the reasons that Richard mentioned, it's just good business.  If
your customers _know_ that you're willing to help, that's a way of
keeping customers.  And while I like the idea of having SIM-unlocked
phones, I like the idea of a provider that is willing to do such things
even more.  It shows that they're at least in part focusing on
customers, and that's a Good Thing™.

Besides, they've always been very competent and nice when calling in for
support, and so they have my vote for other reasons.  The fact that
they're reasonable and the fact that they fix things quickly makes me
very happy.  I don't like that sometimes they change their plans and
make old plans unavailable, but then again, who doesn't do that?
