[ale] zipit, dang man

Looks like the Zipit Z2 is sold out at local targets. I called 3 of 'em but
the stock was gone.

They're still selling 'em on the site and on eBay at $50, but the $25
*dealzzz* are gone.

For those of you who weren't at the meeting last night, the Zipit Z2 is a
handheld IM device that just barely
missed its market window ( http://www.zipitwireless.com/ , ignore irritating
music..). Color screen, QWERTY keyboard, earphone jack, microscopic speaker,
8 MB of flash and 32 MB of SDRAM, a new-ish  ARM processor,  About the size
and shape of a GBA.

Hackaday  has some instructions for loading your own linux kernel on it (
http://hackaday.com/?s=zipit ), and one of the intrepid folks at last
night's meeting actually had one which was running fluxbox and connected to
the wireless network 'n' everything. Even at $50 I'm sore tempted, but at
$25 it would've been a complete no-brainer.
