[ale] My resume

I would have reported them to the EEOC.  Age (so long as you're not a
minor) is not supposed to be a factor in jobs and such insistence
clearly indicated they were making it a factor.

When IBM outsourced my ... err .. I mean when there was a restructuring
in my group, the firm that helped us do resumes insisted I not put my
high school graduation year on my resume because it made figuring out my
age easy. Not that it couldn't be figured out from the date of my first
job!
