[ale] Announing openSUSE Georgia Local User Group

Chuck,

I don't know how it is done, but ALE has a google group with no
members.  The emails are all archived there.

http://groups.google.com/group/atlanta-linux-enthusiasts

Maybe something similar could be done for this.
